The family-friendly 4* hotel is located in the middle of the Nockberge biosphere reserve, in the idyllic district of St. Oswald above Bad Kleinkirchheim. It is surrounded by blooming alpine meadows and beautiful larch and stone pine forests. A wide range of leisure activities such as hiking, mountain biking, golfing or tennis await you in the immediate vicinity. The mild and sunny climate south of the Alps is perfect for your hiking holiday from May to November. Around 1,000 kilometers of marked and well-groomed hiking trails of all levels of difficulty are on the doorstep. The unadulterated natural landscape fascinates walkers, hikers and long-distance hikers. The Hotel St. Oswald is also an ideal starting point for biking in the Nockberge - the network of cycle paths around Bad Kleinkirchheim is very well developed and maintained. There are around 1,000 kilometers of mountain bike and trekking routes including single trails to be "experienced". Lake Brennsee (12 km away) and Millstätter See (24 km away) are ideal for bathing at the lake.

In the oven restaurant you can enjoy regional and international specialties accompanied by first-class wines from the in-house vinotheque. Special diet for food intolerance on request and at extra charge.

Varied, sporty and sociable holiday program according to the house calendar with cocktail of encounters, dance evenings or soirées with classical music, Carinthian folklore evening, hiking program with e.g. guided hikes in the Nockberge Biosphere Park, sunrise hikes and wildlife observation, accompanied mountain bike tours.
