Winter funWhether nature lovers, romantics or winter sports fans - they are all fascinated by the many sides of winter holidays at Lake Achen. Cross country skiers will find just behind the hotel a trail entrance into the approximately 200 km long network of trails with own exercise trail and "dog trail".
The region around Lake Achen offers 5 ski areas with over 58 km of varying pistes and 30 highly modern lifts. Explore the Christlum lifts in Achenkirch, the Rofanseilbahn in Maurach, the Karwendel cable car in Pertisau and the lifts in Steinberg and Wiesing. The Karwendel cable car is only 400m away and is shortly accessible on foot or with the free ski bus. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. Ski rental in the hotel.
You can explore the winter landscape on marked and groomed trails or at a trapper tour on snowshoes. Get to know the nature and recharge your batteries in the silence of the Tyrolean mountains!
