Location
The chalet is located on hillside area and is surrouded by woods and green meadow.Distances: Village-Forstau (shops, bakery, etc.): 2km, the lake, tennise court, golf course: 6km. Hiking tracks or tobogganing tracks starting off from the lodge. In winter: a snack station offering farm product: 50m.
Facilities
Ground floor: Snuggery with dining table, seating items and kitchenette with electric oven, stovepipe, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, twin bedroom, bath with tub, sauna.Upper floor: 3 doublerooms, partly balcony, 1 room with bunk bed, shower/WC. Central heating, Sat-TV, radio. In front of the house there is a garden with seating and barbecue place. Come and visit the horse which is fond of children and the cats in the stable.

Prices for chalets/lodges per week (sa. - sa.) plus reservation fee of EUR 25.-
Every accomodation has to be booked for one week (7 nights) with arrival/departure on Saturday. Short stays are only available on request.
There are following rules for Christmas and New Year’s Eve bookings: arrival on Dec. 22th 2012 and departure on Jan. 5th, 2013.
