Innsbruck
As capital of Tyrol, Innsbruck is the seat of the Tyrolean regional
parliament, government, numerous authorities and the church as well
as being the home of the Leopold-Franzens-University since 1669.
Against the fabulous alpine backdrop of the Inn valley, the Winter
Olympics were held here in both 1964 und 1976. The city, a
well-loved tourist and winter sport resort, is surrounded by
imposing mountains. The Olympia Skiworld Innsbruck is an Eldorado
